We want you to love your order. Here’s how returns & refunds work.
30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email us at dulabeanie@gmail.com to request a return. We’ll reply with the exact return address and next steps. If your return is accepted, you’ll have 30 days from delivery to get the item back to us.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We can’t accept returns for:
- Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (e.g., certain beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at dulabeanie@gmail.com.
