Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation when placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • United States: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Carrier estimates aren’t guaranteed—weather, carrier volume, and holidays can cause delays.

Rates & Carriers

Available services and rates are shown at checkout based on your address and order weight.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

Need an edit? Email us at dulabeanie@yahoo.com as soon as possible. We can adjust orders only before they’re fulfilled. Once in transit, we’re unable to reroute packages.

Tracking & Split Shipments

  • A tracking link is emailed when your order ships (allow 24–48 hours for scans to appear).
  • If your order contains items with different ship dates, we may ship separately at no extra charge.

Preorders & Backorders

Preorder / backordered items ship on the posted timeline. In mixed orders, in-stock items may ship first.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Marked “delivered” but not received: check with neighbors/household and allow 48 hours—carriers sometimes pre-scan.
  • No movement: if there are no updates for 10 business days (US) / 20 business days (international), email us to open a carrier claim.

We’re happy to help, but carrier investigations are required before replacements or refunds.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

Import duties, VAT, and fees are set by your local government and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses; if a different carrier is required, we’ll reach out before shipping.

Business Days & Holidays

We don’t ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
